Associate Referral Program Boosts Bonus to $500

 February 23, 2018 — Due to the success of the Associate Referral Program, Wallick has decided to increase the bonus from $250 to $500. That’s right! Any associate that refers a friend or family member and helps fill an open position will receive a $500 bonus.

Angela Koncz, community manager, is one of several that have already participated in the Associate Referral Program since it began just over a year ago. She received a bonus after helping fill a community manager position by referring a friend. “It was easy to participate, and the best part is that I helped a friend find a great job at a great company,” said Angela.

Please note, only referrals made after February 1, 2018 are eligible to receive the $500 bonus. Positions labeled as a “Hot Job” are still worth a $1,000 bonus. Associates can refer others for any open positions, whether it be senior living or affordable housing, regardless of what unit they work for.
